New solution enables SMS billing for mobile content!

December 1st, 2003 - mSERV, a new product offering from the mobile billing company mBill, has been released, providing an enhanced Mobile Content delivery and billing system for mobile phone users.

Designed as a platform for mobile content delivery and billing, the mSERV system provides a platform to charge users by Premium Rate SMS, Interactive Voice Response, or Credit Card - all within a company-specific branded web-based administration interface.
