There are two types of short codes availiable in the USA, these are Vanity and Random codes.
Vanity codes are numbers that you choose yourself and can represent a word (ie 62455 = mbill).
Random codes are exactly that. Random.

This monthly fee covers everything that may be associated with setting up your service be it technical support or advice regarding your marketing strategy etc.

mBill provides customer support via Hotline and/or email 24x7x365—according to SLA.

mBill provides value-added services, such as an extranet with which customers can monitor their services and access statistics.
